On empowr, citizens earn from the views of their photos, videos, blogs, and status updates within the first 24 hours they are posted.

A view simply means that someone has seen your photo, blog, or status update on their homepage news feed or your Unread Stories page.

In order for someone to visit your Unread Stories page, you must show up in their BFO bar so they can click on your photo.

For video posts, citizens must actually click to play the video in order for the view to count.
Citizens do not earn when their posts are viewed on their profile.
